iron goddess of mercy
you want a mindful journey.
Watch the tightly wrapped green leaves slowly unfurl and inhale the aromas of nature. A brightly floral and naturally sweet oolong with delicate notes of orchid and dried apricot. Legend has it that this beautiful tea was a gift from Bodhisattva Guanyin, also known as the Goddess of Mercy, to a pious farmer that worked in her temple. One of China’s most beloved oolong, a favorite for both beginners and connoisseurs alike. Can be re-infused 4-5 times.
Oolong tea artisans, like boutique winemakers, bring forth the unique characteristics of their teas through traditional crafting techniques. Each oolong tea’s distinctive style reflects its place of origin, vintage and tea artisan.
