Produced with a traditional method in a magical garden in Shizuoka, Japan. Matcha tea has been drunk by kings, emperors and Zen monks for centuries. The greenest of the green, matcha tea is a concentrated, powdered green tea packed with a deliciously herbaceous taste. Great for drinking or cooking!
SUGGESTIONS FOR PREPARING
Pour 1-2 spoons of matcha into the matcha bowl. Add 100ml of 80-85°C water to your matcha bowl (chawan). Stir vigorously with your bamboo whisk (chasen) by tracing a 'W' pattern until a layer of froth forms on top.
