March 16th: EMMA KRAFFT Kintsugi Workshop

Sale price1,200.00TL

Led by Esin Nalbantoğlu, founder and owner of Emma Krafft. Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold, not to disguise the fault lines but to emphasize them as a sign of beauty and strength. Kintsugi is about embracing our flaws and imperfections and the idea of something broken becoming more precious through healing.

Embark on a journey of mindfulness and relaxation. In this immersive three-hour workshop, participants will delve into the rich history and origins of Kintsugi while engaging in the art of repairing a broken ceramic vessel. While we'll supply a ceramic vessel for you, you're also welcome to bring your own broken ceramics (please ensure they are of small to medium size).
