Organic Premium Matcha - Japanese Powdered Green Tea
Produced in small batches, the tencha leaves are shaded for over 18 days before picking, giving them a higher L-theanine and caffeine content. The farmer uses organic and sustainable methods for and a traditional stone mill to make incredibly fine matcha resulting in a smooth and creamy cup.

SUGGESTIONS FOR PREPARING
Pour 1-2 spoons of matcha into the matcha bowl. Add 100ml of 80-85°C water to your matcha bowl (chawan). Stir vigorously with your bamboo whisk (chasen) by tracing a 'W' pattern until a layer of froth forms on top.
