To prepare a smooth & delicious cup of matcha, you need a great matcha whisk (or chasen)! Our bamboo whisk is a work of art, each whisk is handmade from a single piece of bamboo, split and woven with string to create 80 perfect prongs; ideal for making beautifully smooth matcha.

Used for centuries in Japanese tea ceremonies or for an everyday matcha bowl, whisk 1/2 teaspoon of Melez Matcha powder and 6 oz of hot water for one to two minutes until frothy.
