Harvested during the spring, our organic sencha is grown in a family run farm in Shizuoka, Japan. Our organic sencha has been shaded for days to produce more chlorophyll and give the tea a unique character and vibrant green color.  A traditional steamed Japanese green tea with an elegantly sweet and vegetal bouquet with a smooth texture and an umami taste.
